Our hot-dip galvanized steel structure water tank tower is a new-type water storage system manufactured according to the GB:2SS177 standard. Combining a hot-dip galvanized steel tank with a steel support tower, it provides dependable elevated water storage for building water supply, fire protection and industrial use.

Main Features of Galvanized Water Tank Tower

1. Standard-compliant manufacture – Produced to GB:2SS177, ensuring consistent quality across tank and tower components.

2. High-strength Q235 steel plates – Plates are pressed by special equipment with a smooth surface; the concave plate shape reduces water pressure against the tank wall.

3. Flexible plate thickness – 3mm, 2.5mm, 2mm or 1.5mm, selected according to tank size for the best strength-to-cost balance.

4. Modular panel assembly – Panel sizes 1000mm×1000mm, 1000mm×500mm and 500mm×500mm ease transport and on-site erection; tank size is designed to the location with a maximum height of 5 meters.

Q1: Is the water tank tower shipped as a complete set? A: Yes. The tank, steel tower and piping accessories are supplied as a complete system, ready for on-site assembly with our drawings and guidance.

Q2: Can the system be expanded later? A: Yes. The modular panel design allows capacity expansion by adding standard plates, within the 5m maximum height.

The installment of the hot dip galvanized water tank.

1)    Make the bases of the water tank: concrete base or steel support tower.

 Make sure the bases at the same horizontal level, and the connection of the bottom plate loaded on the support bases.

2)    According to the direction of the water tank, welding connection, or connect by the bolts and nuts.

3)    After assembled, put in water to test the leakage. After fill full water 12hours, if not leakage, the water tank can be used normally.
